Green Pan

Email from Nic:

"We bought a green frying pan from you and are sad to say disappointed
with it. Two main points:

1) It is not non-stick and requires real elbow-grease to clean it. It
fails the omelette test; and
2) when you use fat in it it tends to collect around the outer edge of
the pan - as if the pan is not flat.

We love your shop and are reluctant to complain, but it really has not
lived up to expectations and the hype in your email newsletter.....

Suggestions please?
